8th Grade Course of Study
Next fall you will be transitioning to Buchanan High School. In preparation for your 8th-grade year, it is necessary to schedule your classes for next year.
Each 8th-grade student is required to take the following classes:
English Math/Algebra Science/Physical Science History Health / Life Fitness
Each 8th-grade student is also given the opportunity to choose ONCE of the following elective classes (Note - some classes are assigned based on need, and some classes may not be offered every year):
Band Drama Studio Art Transitions (IEP Students ONLY) Seminar (Assigned) Reading Lab Math Lab Intro to Careers
